In order to create an account with us we require:

  • a credit card on file

  • Up-to-date DHPP, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccination records uploaded to your profile.

  • All dogs over the age of one year must have a certificate of spay or neuter to attend daycare/boarding.

After creating your profile, please allow 2 business days for our team to review all requirements prior to scheduling. Once verified you will have the ability to request a Trial Day  through the online portal .

Please send us an email to info@lunaslandingdogcare.com if you need any assistance scheduling a Trial Day.  

All dogs coming in for daycare or overnight boarding must first take part in a Trial Day.

Trial Days are a typical day of daycare, with a little extra supervision and support. Your dog will need to be dropped off between 7am-10am. Please plan to have your dog here for 6-8 hours minimum to allow them time to adjust.

During your dogs’ trial day, you will receive a report card with pictures/videos emailed to you through our Gingr portal. If behaviors are observed that are of concern, we will assess a plan with our trainer for future visits.

Reservation and deposit are required, deposit will be collected from card on file when reservation is confirmed.

*We cannot guarantee future boarding reservations prior to a completed trial day*

 

It’s important to note although some dogs thrive with daycare, daycare isn’t good for every dog. Dogs who are stressed, anxious, reactive, or otherwise struggle with interactions with other dogs are not good candidates for daycare. Not all dogs will pass and that is because we operate with your dog’s best interest in mind.

✨Green Lake Clients ONLY *Please note* we do not allow human clients into our space during daycare hours. If you are curious about where your dog will be spending their time, we offer Meet 'n' Greets on weekends. Meet 'n' Greets are a 30-minute appointment with one of our supervisors inside the daycare park to see the space and ask any questions you may have. Free of charge! We strongly suggest any dogs that haven’t been to daycare before start with a Meet n Greet. Email to schedule✨

Requirements:

  • If you have adopted a dog over the age of six months from a rescue or a rehoming situation, we ask that you wait until the dog has been in your household for a minimum of two months before requesting a trial day.

  • Up to date Rabies Certificate, Distemper, and Bordetella Vaccines uploaded to gingr profile 

  • Puppies must be at least 4 months of age and fully vaccinated

  • Training and Bathing appointments do not require a trial day, and have no spay/neuter requirements

  • If your dog is sick, we kindly ask that you keep them at home until they are no longer contagious. Please do not bring them in if they are showing signs of illness.
